Tyson Cecil is a Starfleet Academy graduate who spent several years as an Operations Officer serving on the Federation/Kilingon Boarder. Prior to the Academy Tyson was not known for anything of real note. Though he is praised as a good worker and an intelligent person, he never has seemed to put any of that together into anything spectacular. Tyson was recently hired by Erikson Enterprises to be the mandatory Compliance Officer. His job is to ensure that the Heimdall crew serves all safety protocols and trade ordinances.
