Username change and PMs

For some reason I can no longer send private messages. Each one I submitted, after the first two, goes to my outbox instead of the sent messages folder. What should I do?

Secondly, could an admin change my username to cdx ?

I can't change your user name, but as far as I can tell, the reason your e-mails go to the outbox instead of to their destination is because this system keeps your e-mail there until the recipient reads it. Then it's sent to them.

Thank you for your help, randomperson2. The PM issue is now closed. I originally asked Warp to change my username to a two character name. He tried but reported back to me that usernames must be at least three chars long. I proposed just such a user name here in this thread.

For trackability reasons, I must get this done before I can join a sim.

Therefore, if an administrator cannot modify my user handle before sunday aug 23, then I will register a new profile (with an alternate email and from a different IP if necessary) to achieve that goal. In that event, my current account could be safely removed.

Someone please look into this so it doesn't come to that. Thank you.

We try to monitor this board closely, but to ensure the quickest response, you should either PM an admin (like me) or send an e-mail to the admins mailing list (admins at the SLA's domain dot com). I'll take care of your username change request shortly.

That was faster than I hoped. No worries, Warp. I did not intend to sound impatient. I'll bookmark the admin list for next time. In any case, my username is now set as desired. This issue is now closed. My thanks to all three of you for your assistance.
