In the past, we've not allowed guests to post at all due to spam activity.
Yet, due to the advancement of the phpBB 3 coding, we're going to allow guest posting again. However, this will come with restrictions. Guests who come here to ask for help will be placed on a moderation queue for the GMs or Admins to take a look and see if the post that is put up is a legitimate post asking for help or a spam post.
If you need help with the forums and can't log in, then yes, post here. The board staff will see it first and we'll get you fixed ASAP. Of course, all spam posts won't make it far, as it will be taken care of.
Thanks for your understanding.

Re: Guest Posting
As you can see by the date of the original post - this was two years ago. The moderation steps didn't work, since a number of folk simply didn't actually follow through.
