Re-activate old char

Hi all, I used to be active on these boards as lagh R'ok. When the boards were upgraded, I couldn't get in and as my old sim (IKS Rankuf) had wound down, I let it slide. I'm back on board the Legacy and would love to have my old identity and banners back for sentimental reasons. Is it possible to re activate him? He'll need a new password and my email has probably changed.

It's weird. If I do a username search on *agh*, I can see it and tick the Select box, but as soon as I try to Submit it to modify the user settings, it says it doesn't exist.
Think I'm going to have to call in the Big Guns...

I just looked through all the administration stuff I could to see if I could find anything on that username and sadly I couldn't find anything. I wish I could get the stuff back but sadly I can't, I'm sorry
