Today is an important day in the history of the SLA...
It's our birthday!
Ten years ago, a determined chap by the name of Seth Cotis founded the SLA (With some help from equally determined simmers). The group began with two sims, The USS Potemkin and Outpost Cousteau (OPC), and grew from there.
I should note that both of the SLAs founding Sims are still running today and going strong.
Nowadays, we have over twenty sims and are growing all the time.
I hope that Seth Cotis can look back at the Simming group he founded and be proud of all that we have accomplished. That's in part due to all of you and your drive and passion for this hobby that unites us all.
So, raising a virtual glass of the infamous 'Blue Stuff', Happy Birthday Starfleet Legacy Alliance. Here's looking to the next ten years!!

Sorry I missed this anniversary. However, if the SLA is going to make it another 10 years, we are going t have to do some serious recruiting and making this place look alive. Everyone's going to have to be more active on the boards. Legacy has been a good start but it is just that, a start. I hope everyone will take this call to action and do their part to make the SLA the vibrant place that it was when I took leave in 2006 (for the most part).
